BOLDMERE FALCONS' MANAGER RICHARD HEATH WRITES ABOUT THE 3-2 DEFEAT AT ALCESTER TOWN...

"Obviously I'm disappointed with the result and the manner of the result, conceding 2 goals in the last 2 minutes of injury-time but if I’m realistic and honest, Alcester were the better side.

If we had held on for the 2-1 win it would have been a smash and grab situation and maybe you could say a draw would have been a good result for us but over the 90 minutes Alcester deserved it.

We never got going, we looked nervous and made bad decisions on the ball and we found ourselves chasing the ball in hot conditions and that was not ideal.

If anyone had said to me at the beginning of the season that if we won the last game we would finish 2nd and get promoted, I’d have snapped their hand off.

It’s in our hands, we have it all to do and we will give it everything to make it happen...

I’d like to wish Danny and the lads good luck in the 2 Finals they have coming up and wish Sham and the GNP boys all the best also.

Tuesday's Final will be a cracker..."
