The Surfin’ Seal & The Lunging Linebacker…
The dark seal from the North Sea emerged,
Propelled by a spiteful grey-green tide,
As if surfing for the very first time.
Its expression was one of uncomfortable surprise,
Resembling an inflatable with huge, gaping eyes…
The other dark seal from the depths surged,
Solid and toned like an NFL linebacker;
Powerful, yet with an athleticism sublime,
Its expression was one of sheepish surprise,
Resembling a friendly giant with huge glancing eyes…
