Full-time: Stockton 4-3 AFC Binley...
In summing up this game:
"It's very early in the season but Stockton look like one of the teams to beat.
Both teams went into today's game unbeaten and unfortunately for me we came up second best!
Stockton caused us problems from start to finish, however we managed to hang on and work ourselves back into this game after finding ourselves 2-0 down.
My players showed true character and on another day we could have got something out of the contest.
Stockton deserved their win and I have no complaints but obviously I am very disappointed to have lost our unbeaten record. We will learn from today though and that will only make us stronger going forward.
We will bounce back because my lads always do.
I would like to wish everyone at Stockton all the best for the remainder of the season; they are definitely a club going in the right direction."
