ALVIS SPORTING'S SHANE BRASSINGTON REVIEWS THE 4-0 WIN v EARLSWOOD TOWN...

SHANE HAS JUST HEADED ALVIS INTO A 3-0 LEAD FROM TOMMI MAGUIRE'S CORNER...

"I think that as far as starts to games go, this game was as good as it gets for us this season. To come away after 20 minutes 3-0 up virtually killed a potential slip-up before it got started.

Any midweek game is going to be difficult now but we have a good squad with depth in positions throughout.

Both teams played good football in the first-half but the only difference was that we created the better chances and finished them early.

Earlswood had good runners throughout who will cause people problems for the rest of the year.

Tommi's goal in the second-half was typical Tommi and he put the game beyond any doubt.

We defended well throughout and move onto our semi-final on Saturday."
