LONGLEVENS AFC SKIPPER CRAIG 'SPIDER' MARTIN WRITES ABOUT THE 2-2 DRAW v FLACKWELL HEATH...

CRAIG MARTIN IS CONGRATULATED ON HIS ASSIST FOR THE EQUALISER v FLACKWELL HEATH...

"My thoughts on the game yesterday:

The Longlevens manager before the game decided to change a few things, including the warm up to try freshen things up.

During the warm-up players were looking up for it and having a laugh.

Longlevens started very brightly and we looked to put Flackwell under pressure from the offset.

We had a couple of early chances which came to nothing and what seemed like against the run of play, Flackwell took the lead. Then more poor defensive errors cost us the 2nd goal.

But like the old Longlevens we didn't give up and we were back in the game with a goal from debutant Darren Ofoe.

2nd half was again end to end football and both sides were looking for another goal; luckily it came for us.

Playing in the game I think it would have been harsh on either side to get nothing out of it.

So a draw was a fair result and it was a very entertaining game. I've played more 90 minutes matches this season than I did last.

Flackwell are a very strong outfit and come the end of season, they won't be far off, I'm sure.

But loads of positives to take out from the game for us as a team and individuals..."
